Explains some of the terms in the stories.
Precious Cargo began as a birthday gift to a dear friend, but quickly expanded (with his permission, of course). It's basically a space opera that functions as a vehicle for lots and lots of BDSM yiffing. Those who are looking for it will see concepts blatantly ripped off from sources like Andrew J. Offut's Spaceways! series, Anne Rice's East of Eden and Beauty trilogy, and even Cecil Kornbluth's The Sound of His Horn (a rarely-seen novel indeed).
Hopefully, what I've done with these tangled sources is sufficiently unique to avoid any accusations of simply being a plagiarist. The basic plot is my own, and so are the characters except for Windrunner, who belongs to himself.

We get to know Windrunner better, he encounters Caitlin, and the first actual darksex takes place.

The night before Perion, during which we learn a little more of the vile traitor.

Landfall on Perion. No darksex, but we have an amusing encounter with the two bodyguards an anxious Fodessa has hired, Dosh and Quong.
Chapter 13

The little party of six arrives at Cambelli's luxurious mansion, and gets to see the lifestyle possible on an Open Planet.
Chapter 14
{Fdom/Mdom, Mdom/F, no sex}
In which Cambelli samples the charms of Fodessa's slaves and is favorably impressed.
Chapter 16

Party at Cambelli's, continued, during which we learn that not all humans despise darksex. Relax and enjoy the spooge.

While Caitlin once again punishes Kathryn, Fodessa makes Windrunner an unusual proposition.

Even more boring plot development before we switch from sex to violence again. After a successful sale, Fodessa and crew pay their usual visit to the Sambezi Whischest. Looks like it'll be a quiet night of entertainment . . . or will it?
Chapter 33

A vicious cybergladiator contest, with lots and lots of simulated violence. Fodessa is highly entertained.
Chapter 37

A sexual interlude -- Fodessa encounters an old friend, and wins a bet concerning Windrunner.
